I conceived and penned everything the brand did after its release in Australia in 2015. From print ads, product packaging and menus, to writing and managing all of the brand’s Social accounts. In addition, I conceived most of the brand’s unique Australian assets, from directing photo shoots, to conceiving events and spearheading collaborations (I even designed uniforms at one point).
The Taboo Group built the innovative Häagen-Dazs House, a premium pop-up ice cream store which activated at select events around the country (including the Australian Open).
Most notably, however, the House offered 'The Ultimate Tasting Experience' an immersive, personalised guided adventure conceived, authored and directed by myself which is unmatched globally in length and detail by anything Häagen-Dazs has done elsewhere around the world.
